3. No Professional Engineering Advice
TrenchLogic is a planning and guidance tool only.
The platform does not provide certified engineering advice, geotechnical certification, structural engineering approval, utility clearance confirmation, safety certification, or excavation sign-off.
Users remain fully responsible for site inspections, ground investigations, utility detection, risk assessments, safe operation, and compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation.
4. Accuracy of Information
While reasonable efforts are made to improve the accuracy of outputs, TrenchLogic does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, availability, or continuous operation.
Ground conditions can vary significantly over short distances and may differ from interpreted or mapped conditions.

5. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring correct trench inputs, appropriate machine selection, safe operating practices, verification of local conditions, and appropriate use of outputs.
Users must not rely solely on TrenchLogic outputs for operational or safety-critical decisions.
6. Subscription Services
Where subscription services are offered, fees may apply, subscription terms may vary, services may be modified or updated, and access may be suspended for misuse or non-payment.
Future pricing and subscription structures may change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, calculations, graphics, logos, and platform logic remain the property of TrenchLogic unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy platform logic, reverse engineer systems, redistribute outputs commercially without permission, or republish proprietary content.
8. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, interfere with platform operation, use automated scraping systems without permission, or use the platform unlawfully.
9. Suspension or Termination
TrenchLogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where terms are breached, abuse occurs, security risks are identified, or illegal activity is suspected.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
